Cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) is a highly efficient water-soluble high-molecular polymer, specially designed for the treatment of wastewater in the sugar industry. As a cationic flocculant, CPAM rapidly aggregates suspended particles, colloidal substances and organic matter in wastewater through charge neutralization and bridging, significantly enhancing the efficiency of solid-liquid separation. It is an ideal solution for the purification of sugar wastewater and sludge dewatering.

In wastewater treatment, adding an appropriate amount of cationic polyacrylamide can accelerate the sedimentation rate of suspended particles and improve the effluent quality.

By adding a certain amount of cationic polyacrylamide, harmful substances such as suspended solids, sediment and microorganisms in water can be removed, improving the cleanliness of tap water.

Polyacrylamide usually needs to be diluted and dissolved with tap water before use. The water used to dissolve polyacrylamide cannot be sewage.

• The dissolution ratio of polyacrylamide is usually 0.1%-0.3%.
• The general dissolution time of polyacrylamide is 40-90 minutes.
• After adding, the stirring state should be maintained to allow PAM to fully play its role.​​​​​
